Excellent and Very professional, A big thanks to Garry I was going to Newcastle from last 3 years for my Jeep service but not satisfied, then last week I booked my car service with Miedecke Port Macquarie and met Garry at front counter, he resolved couple of issues at same time and I realized that he has a very good knowledge of Jeep and know how to deal with the customers very well. 5 Stars from my side. I was stranded lost my key & called the local dealer. He put me onto their preferred locksmith who went about trying to rob me of 550 for (2) keys. I did a little research to find another dealers preferred locksmiths charge would be 360.... really an extra 190.... Furthermore they then called me back to explained an extra 220 travel would need to be added... 770 I declined the offer as I was disgusted with the greed, perhaps a more service orientated contractor would be more fitting of their once thought reputable organisation.
