Trailer is ok value for money, but beware they rate their springs at 400kg more than any other supplier of the same springs. Does this mean that the cheapest trailer manufacturer around is using some magical springs that are 30% better than all their competitors, or just over rating their product to make them cheaper? Manager at pooraka has the social skills of a cactus. Does not like being asked questions about the product, which generally means you’re hiding things. Very rude follow up service (or lack of).
Not a great experience with these guys. Dodgy wiring never worked at all. Got tested and told they were working but went to use them the first time and nothing. We called them but Got told to call an auto electrician to fix it as it was our problem, regardless of warranty. The company ended up fixing after the manager tried to tell me it was my fault. Unfortunate.

Great no probs at all
Very friendly and helpful. We bought some rims and tyres for our caravan at a very good price. They carried them out and put them in the car for us.
Highly recommend for that old fashion service from start to finish. Staff is very helpful and thoroughly pleasant and patient and kind.
