These guys are amazing, I couldn’t recommend them anymore highly. We installed the pool four years ago and I have been threatening to turn it into a fish pond ever since. I went into the store front once at JIMBOOMBA and spoke to Jeff and Michaela and they taught me more in 20 mins that I have ever learnt about pools. I then had Keagan and Co (I can’t remember the girls name) come out and looked over the system. I was so impressed I have asked them to come out each month to take care of it now! I am looking forward to not being stressed by my pool anymore!
We have battled with our pool for 2 summers constantly dumping chemicals in but never really winning our battle. Feeling desperate and ready to ditch the pool forever, we contacted Jeff at Poolwerx. He promptly inspected our pool and gave us confidence that he knew his stuff. Jeff from Poolwerx responded to our urgent SOS call - we had been struggling to get our pool clean in time for our first open house as we rely solely on tank water and didn’t have enough water. Once we got a tank load of water, we thought it would be easy to backwash ourselves - but that wasn’t to be! Jeff came out after hours to backwash the pool with his portable pump. Once it was looking beautiful... about 45-50 mins later, we couldn’t get the pump working properly! Jeff stayed and pulled the pump apart and cleaned it all out and got it working!!! A super big thank you!! Sometimes you just need to ask an expert for help!!! So glad we did!!
