Not often these days you get the level of service Poolstore offered my Father and myself. Our Original Poolstore pool pump of 17 years finally met its demise, we exchanged a good laugh with the office staff about getting the bang for our buck and they offered several options to replace it. We opt'd for the Energy efficient model and we picked up a few replacement cleaning products while there. From opening the front door to their office, to carrying the pump and equipment and loading into the our car. Complete services from start to finish, I can not speak more highly of this friendly Newcastle company.

Great product, great service. My previous model Poolstore pump ran for over 20 years, and only needed replacing due to hairline cracks in the perspex filter lid (sadly, lids for the 20 year old design are no longer manufactured). Advice about a "drop in" replacement pump was provided over the phone, and was delivered within 3 days! Unfortunately there was a problem with the pump sticking on restart after running for the first time (suspected transit damage?); the team at Poolstore responded within 24 hours, sending me a new pump as replacement and arranging courier pickup of the damaged one, at no cost to me. The new pump is now installed and working beautifully. Very happy both with the pump, and the prompt, cheerful and helpful service provided.
