He effortlessly arranged to source items for me to replace the wrong sizes I had purchased online, in a timely way and with great communication along the way. Spoke to a young man Danny on the phone who was very rude continued to cut me off when I was trying to explain something. I told him he was being rude and he chucked what id call a tantrom and disconnected the call on me. Very unprofessinal.
