I went into this store seeking to get some affordable dress shoes that I needed urgently some time around 2014. After speaking to one of the shop assistants (I can't remember her name, but IIRC she had black hair) she suggested some of the shoes in stock, but I said that none of them were very suitable--one had a red inner lining that wasn't very appropriate for formal and business wear. She then proceeded to walk me to the other end of the plaza to the Aquila store, where I got some shoes that have lasted until recently, where they got a hole in the bottom of the sole. Excellent customer service!

the guy in bold 'manager' was on the phone as my friend interrupted him for a size he quietly insulted him to whoever was on the other end of the line as we heard it and he denied the fact. unacceptable behavior

I went to this shop today around 4pm and there was one bald guy working at that time, he was giving welcome greeting to every customer but when I entered he didn't even recognise me. He was not even asking me what I am looking for. I was looking for a suit for my sister's wedding. After seeing everything I planned to see the blazers to the neighbour store then the other guy who works there that tall slim old guy who always wear that grey blazer, he said ( don't waste your time and ours, you will not goona buy anything) These were his wordings. I just want to tell you bro , don't judge the book by its cover. Both of you guys are normal sales man. Dude You guys are paid only because of us. Grow up and try to become a martured man. And by the way your monthly saving is my weekly expense so you should feel lucky that I didn't say you anything at that time.
