Extremely helpful staff. Great variety of gifts and produce. Able to inform us of the road closures in the area. Have never been disappointed when visiting

Very informative and welcoming experience. Lot of parking space at the entry. Public washrooms inside. Wines are available along with many souvenirs. A signature wall to take memorable pictures and break area in open green landscape is cherry on top. A dummy hot air bloom inside was highlight for our kids.

We were so pleased that we stopped here. The staff were friendly and Christine was very helpful in her suggestions. Christine was warm, funny and very knowledgeable

The HVVC is always our first stop. Staff are obliging and up to date; places to go and things to see are all well documented and displayed. Bookings are easily and quickly made. Local gifts are plentiful. Wine tasting is available. Plenty of parking and clean toilets. Highly recommended even if you are visiting wine country for the xx time, particularly now with Covid 19 rules changing how cellar doors and restaurants are operating.

Information Centre had a great range of local products and pamphlets. Pamphlets sorted by activity...easy to follow. Building itself is lovely as well. We needed recommendations of wineries, which the assistant that helped us, Christine, was a amazing and did that! Very informative and gave us some little gems of wineries that weren't the popular choices which is what we were after! Highly recommend this be your first stop at Cessnock!

We called in to Cafe for a quick lunch. Big mistake. Firstly no Vegemite for a kids sandwich. Then the salad sandwiches my daughter and I ordered were both wrong and looked like a dogs breakfast. The young people working were less than friendly when I asked for a refund and just left the money sitting on the counter. We will not be back to the Cafe.

Wonderful experience at the Visitor Information Centre. All very pleasant people with Christine a standout for sharing local knowledge and many great recommendations. ALSO great welcome in the Coffee Shop with very nice coffee to match, well done to the two smiling young men working the morning shift Sunday 7th February 2021.

The visitor centre was easy to find and parking was plentiful. Christine was so helpful. The only thing we knew we wanted to do was a wine tour. Christine found us a tour that had vacancies and booked us in. She then made suggestions for other things to do and places to eat. She handled all our questions and bookings - nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend calling in here to get your holiday in this area organised. Thanks Christine - you made our day!
