While the news on our system wasn’t great (too old to find parts to repair so will require replacement), the technician who came out and the owner who I spoke to when booking the call out were extremely helpful, friendly, punctual and transparent in their pricing. They also seem fairly priced for their service call, based on my research. Should we decide to go ahead and replace our LPG heating unit, we would definitely use Plum Heating & Cooling for the job.

We recently had Plum install a small 2.5kw split cycle in our nursery. Rod came around first to view the job and quote, and then only a few days later the guys were on-site early in the morning ready to install. There was no fuss and the boys worked with great efficiency, even suggesting an alternative bracket for the compressor which was much better looking. Compared to a mob we used last time that only gave us problems at every turn of the job, Plum was a breath of fresh air :) We will be using them again for our next install.
