Worst service ever! Prefer the Laverton one a lot lot better!

Appalling service! Waste of tax payer money. Postie does not bother to knock and drops card for parcel to be picked up here. In a time of Covid, they do not accept digital ID! Send you back to bring passport, utility bill and bank card- touching everything, asking me to remove my mask, as I have an accent, and the old white guy cannot understand me- increasing risk and exposure in every possible way! I work for the Mag Courts collaborating with Vic Police, and even we accept digital ID during COVID! Plus, the old white guy who refused to provide his employer ID or name gave incorrect information about their process stating my passport/ driving licence had to have the same address as the one mentioned on the parcel, otherwise he would not hand over the parcel! And his manager backed him. There is no retail law as such! They only handed my parcel over because I mentioned my job and knowledge of Victorian consumer laws. I am raising my concern with the Ombudsman team as this was not a failure of customer service, but also public health risk exposure!

Interesting experience with this place. First my wife's parcel never got delivered even though we were home waiting, instead they dropped off the calling card to collect at Sanctuary Lakes P.O. I take my wifes license, calling card and copy of email on my phone to show proof for collection but this wasn't good enough. They wanted a physical copy of my license as well for some reason even though the package wasn't addressed to me. I left my wallet at home as i have digital copies of licenses etc on my phone. This wasn't satisfactory either. Had to go home and get my physical license, brought it back to the post office for them to verify something?? lol . Overall, my experience was very poor with Auspost further compounded by the poor customer service by the staff members at Sanctuary Lakes PO. Seems like they hate the place and their customers like we were some kind of inconvenience. Its 2020, time for Auspost to clean up this store and bring back some resemblance of a community Post Office that reflects the community values and people.

Very poor customer services, some of staffs are very argumentative, hostile in manner. was observed there was an African appearance lady customer was being served poorly and almost being bullied by some of staff members.very toxic vibe work environment. Border security seems more friendly than them. Hope the service is getting better in the future

Service is appealing. Information they give you is always wrong. They charge you extra even if you know the prices and insist on what is right for a fact! NOT RECOMMENDED. you're better off driving farther and finding another Post Office because this place is definitely not going to give you anything close to the expected service.

I have to say that I came across one of the most rudest rep at Sanctuary Lakes Post-office (won't name and shame here) I am sorry but it doesn't take a lot to be nice to your customers and be polite. I was treated very badly at the counter today and does not expect this level of service at all.
