I’ve been in a few times to get colour matched and they’ve always taken the time to talk to me about my concerns and then apply the products on me to make sure I like them before purchasing. There’s no pushy sales tactics, which I love. Would definitely recommend them if you want great customer service and access to great products

This is the place to go if you want EXPERT help. Not sales assistants, but experience and expertise. One on one customer service that is tailored to your needs and colours with a makeup artist. Go in the store to get the best service and results - ask lots of questions. The consultation changed my look for the better and gave me confidence in my own application
I absolutely love going here to buy make up! They take the time to talk about exactly what you want and match the best colour and brand. They don't try and make you buy as much as possible and get you out of the door quickly! Recommend highly!
Great... If someone helps you.... Call me old fashioned, but I like it when I walk into a shop and the shop assistant looks at me, smiles and says hello. I hovered around the shop assistant until the owner came out and greeted me.... I asked him a question, he couldn't answer it... He asked me to wait a couple of minutes for the shop assistant (who still had not turned to me) to help me. I walked around the store for a while waiting and waiting.... I went in there ready to buy.... Sadly I was ignored. From now on if I need help with cosmetics I will go to David Jones or Meyer.
Best customer service of any makeup store, hands down. The ladies that work here are real makeup artists not just sales assistants and they know their stuff. I've been a repeat customer since 2012
