Plus Fitness, Wiley park is a great place where people not only can build good physical health but also can build a social network that can boost their mental health. Plus Fitness is a great gym where contemporary instruments are available besides the on-site and online training and online health tips and resources such as fitness, nutrition, and wellness information to build and maintain good health. Of course, they have an app that can help anyone - beginner, intermediate, or experienced to learn, boost, and maintain good health. Moreover, the staff is amicable and eager to help members who need help regarding the correct usage of instruments and other issues(if). Finally, this gym not only operates 24/7 but also they do not lock you like other gyms.

My experience at this gym was exemplary. I only signed up for a short term contract due to travel commitments but easily the best gym set-up I've come across. Hygiene practices were A-class (doubly important nowadays) and the manager Moin actually took me through my first workout himself. Now that's what I call service. I'll be back on my next Sydney trip. Highly recommend.
