Pretty poor service they couldn't figure out how to add another phone to my plan pretty disappointing and on the phone with customer service and everyone trying to figure out how to just buy a phone outright but they can't even figure that out either

I can not speak highly enough of the customer service at Optus Plumpton Marketplace. Not only did they make it simple for me to transfer over from a supplier i wasn't happy with, but the crew organised a great price on a phone & nbn bundle and even went above and beyond to get the phone that i was after in time for my next day at work. Great service and even better staff.
