Thanks so much Paul, you are a legend, yes like i said I put the photo of the tap on our Notice Board, with very detailed description, u know feel so much better now, weird thing that worry us deep down, u have fixed that as well, u are so much more than a plumber, and thank for going the extra mile and checking my pipe work, so household floods are way in the distance. Plumbing Matters Jan Gillman posted this on December 13th, 2015 12:02 pm Paul O'Connell from Plumbing Matters took care of all of our plumbing needs when we did a major renovation / restoration at our Southport Heritage House (you may have seen it featured recently on Grand Designs Australia - Episode 3). This was a particularly complicated job and Paul sorted everything out for us and made the whole job seem easy. He was very courteous, punctual and reliable and would highly recommend him to any future Clients.
