Very average customer service I have bought a fair few things from this Centre. I recently purchased a toilet and when I took it home and unpacked it I found the cistern to be cracked so I took it back to the store and was accused of breaking this myself and the guys refused to change it saying it was my problem and that I had to purchase a new one and said that he did not want to take responsibility. I stood firm and asked him to give me the suppliers number and called myself from his store and the supplier was so good she asked me to send a photo with an email and she delivered a new one home the same day. I told the store owner that he should be ashamed of himself that he made a customer call instead of doing it himself when I have been a loyal customer. He said he was not going to do it as they would not take it back A lazy and rude shop owner who kept on saying I broke it and wouldn’t help at all. Beware customers as it is the level of service we all value in times when things go wrong but plumbing clearance Centre failed to deliver

These guys are good and very helpful. Good knowledge too. I can take a customer there and be there for hours until they make a decision. In fact when I m on a budget reno this one place I go to check for vanities, shower screens, bases etc. BUT stocks are limited.
