I joined PLC one month ago and was immediately welcomed by the coaches and other members, the entire team at PLC Ormeau are extremely supportive and friendly! It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is as workouts can be tailor suited to your individual needs to help you achieve your goals and what’s even better is that PLC has your back the entire way. My decision to join has been one of the best choices I could have made to work towards becoming fitter, healthier, stronger and the best version of myself that I can be - the first step is the hardest one you will make but I can guarantee that you won’t regret it. LOVING MY PLC ORMEAU FAMILY!

The best thing i ever did in 2019 was join PLC Ormeau. I had been a member of a regular gym for about 8 months and i had a PT for about 12 weeks and saw no results. I have now been here for 2 months ive lost fat,ive put on muscle, ive had to buy new chef uniform in a smaller size , i have more energy and ive made friends, they know me and they push me harder every day and i enjoy going to every session. My suggestion is do it!

PLC Ormeau is amazing! Such a friendly atmosphere! Great trainers pushing you to do your personal best! The workouts are challenging but fun as well. You really feel like a "Legend". Highly recommend trying it out. Thanks guys for getting my fitness journey back on track!

I would 10/10 be recommending PLC Ormeau feels like a second home. I physically and mentally feel stronger and happier with myself. The team are so encouraging and inspirational, I never thought of myself as someone who would ever work out but here I am nearly 4mths in and progress is starting to show . Bring on my future goals.

Have just signed up. Mark is amazing so positive and motivating . He took the time to make sure we were doing the exercises correctly and corrected us if we weren't. None pushed me out of my comfort zone but rather encouraged me to do what we could and break if needed. He follows up if we don't show up and actually cares about our fitness journey. So glad I signed up and looking forward to smashing my goals with PLC
