Just had to share my amazing experience with Daniel and Playground Vintage! After ordering two items online, I received an email to say one of the items could not be located and was offered the option of a refund or different item as well as a future discount code. Communication continued to be prompt and very clear and very friendly. I received the first item together with the news that they were able to get the second item, which was then dispatched by express post. One very happy customer here and so grateful for the honest and open communication....highly recommend this business!
