Not sure due to the lockdown, but nobody responds to emails and nobody picks the phone. No answering service. UPDATE: I was contacted by the business and sorted out my query with them. I have changed my rating accordingly.
Excellent service and knowledgeable friendly staff. At first we were a little daunted by our options but they quickly helped us narrow down our choices to ones we're very pleased with.
