The pizza driver was lovely. She called and said she would bring the pizza to the door. Another random man called me after she had and said they would not deliver it to the door and couldn't give me an explanation as to why. So he said I need to come to the road. That's all fine and the lady was lovely. The food though must have either been dropped or fell over in the car because they were folded on over and the toppings were stuck to the box. They also had so much dried oregano it was hard to chew through it all. I think the lid must have come off as they were shaking it. What a shame
Palmwoods Pizza Hut had no idea how to run a business. Looked up palmwoods pizza website saw a 3 deal pizza with free delivery for 25.95. Rang to order then told it was now 30.95 however if we booked online. Went online now it was 30.95. Rang back and told them now they wanted 48.00 for the same deal. When questioned them about there website and why their prices were going up each time and nothing was like anything on their website. The rude manager then hung up . We were only asking why all the price changes. Our advice steer clear of pizza hut Palmwoods. Can recommend Pizza Pizza Palmwoods.

Possibly the worst pizza we have ever eaten. The sides, one was cheesy garlic bread, was burnt black on the edges and almost cold in the inside, and the cheesy potato bite things were like bouncy balls and not hot. Pizzas had barely any toppings and you could not taste any sauce base. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.
