Disgusting. Worst Pizza I have ever had delivered - raw dough, and even after I had to cook it in the oven, the toppings tasted terrible. Very disappointed.

Extremely rude and unapologetic manager not even a sorry absolutely no managing skills. I received a confirmation email stating my order will be delivered by 7.27pm it was around 7.45 no delivery still therefore called the store automated msg said order has been delivered call got transferred to staff member at ingleburn turns out my order wasn't received staff member states they will get the Manager to call me manager called stating no order was received i stated i received a confirmation email manager said its a system error and I said i had been waiting for an hour and received a confirmation manager kept arking up blaming the system which I do understand things happen however very rude of the manager to ark up and give attitude not even a sorry about the order nothing in which I confronted him about he then told me to go elsewhere then once I confronted his manorism! very rude manager no people skills

Wouldnt even recommend 1 star, had to in order to be able to leave a review. Most disrespectful, rude, arrogant store manager/supervisor, I believe his name was Brett. How he maintains a job there has got me baffled.. Pizzas were an hour & 45 mins late & his excuse was 'covid regulations & under staffed' followed by hanging up on me. No apologies.. Will be making a formal complaint to head office. Every other take out follows covid regulations yet manage to get the order to you within reasonable time. To wait almost 2 hours for an order, youre obviously doing something wrong!!
Never had problems with is Pizza Hut, my favourite by far!! Credit to Sanjay, always meets our requirements every time. Brett and Jesse are awesome staff members also know me very well and know how I like my pizza. Always made consistently fresh and very accurate!!
Great friendly service. I am reallly hoping they will start offering halal options soon.
