We started with Alicia from Pioneers online tutoring via zoom during covid. Our daughter was struggling a lot with literacy already, and being in prep during remote learning made it even harder to help her progress. After only one term of being with Pioneers, we noticed a massive difference. Our daughter went from being able to read one or two words to being able to read simple sentences. She progress from level 1 readers to level 7 in 3 terms with Pioneers. It also helps that our daughter looks forward to each lesson, when we first started she would ask daily if she was going to speak to Alicia! Now she is in grade 1 and reads so much, she is even now fluently reading words she hasn't seen before. I am so blown away with how Alicia has helped our daughter. Her confidence has grown, her reading assessments have improved immensely, and I am so proud to say she LOVES reading now.
Very poor experience with them. We signed up with direct debit and have been asking for canceling the direct debit for pst 6 month but no response. There is no invoicing (after asking doe it multiple times over past 6 months). I have logged fraud/dispute claim and now going to consumer affairs to sort it.
