There's an old saying that goes "Every business makes mistakes and it's how the business deals with those mistakes that rates it". I had a small issue with part of an order, that was most likely the fault of the supplier, and the guys at Pine Rivers Bearings rectified it in an exemplary manner. The level of customer service from this business is a cut above anything I have experienced in a fair while.

Was in a spot of bother trying to find a supplier stocking wheel bearings for my camper trailer whilst over on Moreton Island. We were travelling back the next day & needed the bearings. Joe went above & beyond to source the bearings for us & also to be able to pick them up after hours, 6pm on Saturday night, how's that for awesome service! Thanks again Joe

From mix masters to mulches they have never failed to supply a bearing I’ve needed. Ray can even guess what I’m working on from the odd ball bearings I bring in. I’ll fool him one day . The whole team are always happy.
