5 stars for the 2 ply mink blanket, but 0 stars for their non existant service. They don't respond to emails. Their 2 ply mink blankets are the best blankets we ever own and are much softer and nicer than other mink blackets we purchased in the past...it is like sleeping on clouds. However due to the terrible service if I can buy from elsewhere I would.

I wish they had pillow talk in craigieburn central or around this new area.It would be good too in Sunbury much needed as is a lot of new homes .

Absolutely disgusting service. Came here to pick up some cushions, and got the door locked as I'm about to walk in and yelled at from across the door saying "WE ARE CLOSED". I went here at 3pm on a Sunday and there new trading hours were closing at 4pm. She kicked me out an hour before closing, it was absolutely appalling and horrible customer service. When i asked her for some clarification as to why she was shutting so early she again yelled that they were closed and walked away. Some people do not know how to work in customer service.
Great products and consistent quality customer service
I've called around 3 stores today to ask for help in finding specific items, Theresa from Geelong, Lisa from Waurn Ponds and Nancy from Cranbourne went out of their way to be helpful. Really pleasant and great customer service from all three. Thanks.
