I went in one day looking for a mattress topper. Tianna took care of me. Not only was she super friendly, but she knew her stuff. For 15 minutes she took me through the different types and prices, but also listened to me and understood my needs. I made my purchase and she signed me and my friend up for their loyalty program. All the while she wore a smile and made lots of eye contact. Wow, if only everyone delivered such great customer service along with the knowledge, maybe we would all make purchases with smiles on our faces.

I ordered a beach chair online and paid the 10 delivery fee for the very fact I am time poor and was unable to get into their stores. Not only did the product arrive scratched up but it was heavy, large and very uncomfortable. I therefore wanted to exchange the product instore for another item, but was told this item was instore but out the back and I should come back the next day or wait well over 30mins for someone from another store to arrive and try and find the product, but they were unable to tell me how long that would take. The store was empty and there were 3 sales staff in the store. Although the manager seemed pleasant enough, it is not ok firstly to lose out on the delivery fee and also to be told I should come back another day. The whole point of paying for delivery is so you dont have to go in store. I have a baby at home and can not wait around that long or just come back another day. I was very disappointed with pillow talk and you have lost me as a customer.
Came into the store looking for some inspiration for new bedding and pillows. Customer service was fantastic and I left feeling satisfied.
