This community Toy Library is in a handy location behind the High St shops with plenty of parking. It builds community as you meet other families and children when borrowing and returning toys and your child chooses to borrow toys they wouldn't normally be gifted. You save money as you don't buy so many toys and you have more room in your home as you borrow new exciting toys each time and your child is never bored. You're also saving the environment from more toys to landfill when you're finished with them.

Toy libraries are such a valuable resource - I have saved hundreds of dollars and given my child the opportunity to play with toys I might not have bought or can't afford. From coding robots to puzzles and games, unique construction toys and all the ride ons that little ones love but soon outgrow. Some of the best toys can be a little hidden, definitely worth hunting through the shelves. There is so much learning that happens for a child from figuring out how a unique toy works to learning when they're done with a toy and are ready to return it. A wonderful community toy library with a diverse selection of toys that grows and changes each year.

I appreciate the toy library so much. I use it for many reasons –– there are some toys I'd never buy because they take up loads of space but the kids love to play with them (like a huge water wheel, almost as big as me!); there are toys that the kids would tire of eventually so it's great to be able to hire them, return them, hire them again in 6 months (like the toy laptops/electronic learning devices); there are toys that the kids play with once and then are 'over' them (like a problem-solving game or puzzle); there are toys that I'd like to test-drive before buying because I'm not sure if my kids are ready for them (like different kinds of trikes and bikes). Thank you, toy library! You are wonderful.

Nice community feel but wished it worked like a real library with the reservations. You cannot reserve the popular toy, and people hold on to them forever.

Amazing community service loaning toys mainly for younger children to cover all stages of development and interest. They even have party packs like jumping castles for hire.
