We are thrilled with the jersey and medal framing we had done at Picture Point Warners Bay! The service and qualify of our framing was excellent and very reasonably priced. Julie was so helpful offering great advice with sizing, layout and colour to ensure our boys jerseys looked AMAZING! I would highly recommend Picture Point for any framing jobs. They have some beautiful artworks and posters too. We love our medal and jersey framing- so special and professional.

Exceptional customer service and products at an extremely competitive price! Went there to get a quote which they then discounted me 10%. After finding a cheaper price for a ‘like for like’ product but less customisable options, they price matched it! I had 4 artworks to be framed, took them in and was quoted for the framing, placed my order and paid the deposit. A short while later I was phoned saying that the quote I received was wrong and that I would need to pay a significant amount more, although annoyed said ok as I just wanted the artworks framed. After 3 weeks I called to enquire about when the artworks would be ready and my fiancé picked them up that afternoon. When we looked at the artworks at home, 1 of my paintings had 2 1.5cm rips in the top corner. I took the painting in and instantly it was obvious to them that this rip was caused whilst framing. The resolution I was offered was a refund on the cost of 1 frame for that picture. I explained that the artwork was worth 400 (more then the frame itself) but I was told that this was all they could do. I was refunded 334 for a numbered and hand signed Giclee that had great sentimental value. I was thankful to get some money back in the end but I wish I had never gone there at all and still had my artwork undamaged.
