Very poor workmanship...seemed rushed. Terribly disappointed as what they charge should be criminal...at least 3x what other framers are quoting (only found out after I had it framed...my bad for not seeking a different opinion). Please don't get embroidery framed here...they lack the experience!! Only positive was that they did have a nice demeanor and tried to be helpful but unfortunately I would not recommend due to price and quality of work.

We sent our daughter and partner in to see Leanne to have their Graduation certificates framed as a gift and Leanne really looked after them and helped them through the whole process. They were super happy with the frames and they look great!
