It's really lovely to go to a pharmacy and feel like you're a person and not just a number. Tam and his staff are all very patient and personable. Highly recommended
Fantastic customer service. The first time I ever visited, I was browsing the shelves and was offered assistance within minutes. The second time I was getting a prescription filled and after realising that they were out of stock, the pharmacist went out of his way to contact other pharmacies nearby and personally went and picked it up and brought it back to me. 5 star service.

At Pickford Pharmacy there is a real community feel; they know you by name and they (and especially Tam) go the extra step for you when you need it. Excellent, no less. I have been with them for years and will remain so.
There is a pharmacist named Aldo who is fabulous but the other guy Tam was rather rude I found. Whilst he apologized for jumping the gun & thinking I was being rude to him when I was talking to someone else I couldn't help but get a very strong impression his attitude was racially motivated which really unfortunately comes as no surprise. The other staff are very nice & knowledgeable & their service is fabulous.
