The steel wall frames from TPFT have just finished being installed on my job today - and considering the state of the building industry, it is amazing to note that this phase has been without fault. This was a big job, over 500m2 of floor area , with three fireplaces, bulkheads, cavity sliders - and all of the frames have been exact to documentation and design. All of the frames were delivered as required, and manufactured without any faults or discrepancies. James Gill at TPFT has been extremely professional and helpful to deal with, offering quality suggestions and advice during the design and documentation phase. The frames were manufactured very promptly and clearly to exacting standards. Mitchell Bailey from Frame Design Australia details and documents for TPFT and he was extremely helpful and detailed with over 150 pages of detailed frame diagrams. James and Mitchell are happy to involve discussion with the client and it is certainly worthwhile to make sure the job is right. James recommended Mick Cserepanyi and his team for the wall erection and the roof - which has been excellent advice. Mick has completed the works promptly to a excellent standard, as well as being a terrific tradesman to deal with. Even the truck driver who delivered the frames was a great bloke and very helpful. I can unreservedly recommend TPFT for anyone requiring timber or steel wall framing and trusses.
When we first started researching House Frames & Trusses & Trade Price Frames & Trusses were recommended to us I looked at their website & thought who only gets 5 star reviews! Somebody must have a lot of friends. Having dealt with James through the design, manufacture & delivery of our Steel frames & Timber trusses I'd happily award him 6 start if it was possible. The service James provides is excellent & perfect for the Owner/Builder, he responds to all enquiries exceptionally quickly with unlimited patience. When we had a problem with a frame damaged through delivery he sent Colin to Toodyay the very next morning who built a frame on site. I would highly recommend James & his team the standard of materials & the service is truly exceptional
As an owner builder constructing a 2 storey home, James was always willing to share his experience about roof construction. No phone call to him went unanswered. James made a site visit to my property, measured and redesigned my trusses to match. Fantastic service from the very start. The manufacture and delivery was made on the precise day as scheduled. The laminated coloured A3 sized drawings, information and instructions supplied with the trusses, made the installation quick and easy. I highly recommend this company to any potential builder for his project.
James at TPFT was such a huge help to us, he designed a truss system that would fit our air conditioning unit into a very low roof pitch. He also liaised with our roof carpenter for us and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended.
Trade Price Frames and Trusses is fantastic! They have been simply outstanding in their service, advice, product quality and backup. Excellent service. Very responsive. An absolute pleasure to deal with and went out of their way to ensure project was smooth from design to delivery. Extremely knowledgeable in timber carpentry and engineering and very reasonably priced. Would thoroughly recommend TPFT to anyone sourcing timber for their project for not only the supply but also to assist in value engineering a project but suggesting alternative means.
