I ordered a Piano over a month ago, I suppose yo get it the next day, never happened I wait for a week and I called the store to ask what’s happening. After 4 calls someone finally said that” the piano was out of stock, so I needed to wait” another week went by and still no reason. After that week they call me saying that it will be delivered between Tuesday and Thursday. So I had to be at home. I told them that I worked and I can not take 3 days off just to wait for the piano. I asked if it was possible to give me at least one day. They said no. So we decided to post it to my office instead, I send by email the address and I was tracking the item online and they send it back to the store because the address was not correct. So I checked my email. I did sent the correct address, but the post did not have it correct. Now I’ve been trying to contact them all they because I want my money back and they are not answering the phone or replaying my calls.

Came here looking for a piano and although I haven’t decided on which one is best for my son I must say the staff are very professional and informative. Will definitely be back here to get our piano :)
Very sweet and kind people that are running this place.
Friendly and Helpful --- Piano Time had a good variety of grand, upright and digital pianos and keyboards. The team were extremely helpful in comparing the features, feel and sounds between the various models and trying to find the best product to suit my playing level. I got a great deal myself and would highly recommend them.
Every visit to Piano Time is an exciting experience. The welcome is wonderful and the vast collection of beautiful pianos is fascinating. John offers a wide range of choices when it comes to pianos and piano disk systems. I am also impressed by the great collection of sheet music on display at Piano Time. I would recommend a visit if you are thinking about buying a piano -- or looking for new pieces to play. You will not be disappointed by the range of instruments and you will certainly enjoy the warm welcome you will be sure to receive from John Martin and his friendly staff.
Piano Time is a great local piano store, in York St Melbourne the team really are helpful. John and Franz are piano aficionados and know their stuff, I'm in there often on business and find that at all times they are helpful, able to put the customer first and welcoming. Definitely a store to check out for your pianos range, as well as lessons ! I'm not a piano player, just a third party vendor, but think the guys do a great job and happily would like to give them a review. There is even a bar :)
I bought a Casio Celviano digital piano and received excellent and friendly service from Piano Time. They knew their products well and provided prompt response and accommodated delivery at my convenience. Professional service all round. Thank you and I love my new piano!
Piano Time is the number one shop for all music needs, and located in a very convenient, central position near the South Melbourne market. The pianos and keyboards are extremely good quality at a fair and competitive price. All print music and instrument needs are covered. The owner, John Martin is able to offer fantastic advice- he is warm, honest and reliable with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the business. He and his wife, Lina are passionate about serving their customers and making sure that they are happy. My students love using one of their spaces for piano concerts, in warm and inviting surrounds with a magnificent Grand Piano on stage. I highly recommend this service... please support them.
