trying to get someone to answer there phone is a joke .you be in a q for 15 minutes and finally get to position one and the next announcement you in position 4 again and that keeps going on and on.Finaly you think you made it and the announcement is you in position 3 again and that after 22 minutes. Telstra is even better than they, so forget it I go and get my referral back. They have to do better than that. I give up now after 32 minutes and endless push backs this Radiology is a joke.

As much as you can love a radiology business. Having on,one records is a good step forward. The home page though is not all that user friendly. Look to the right hand of the screen to get image results.

I have attended this practice several times for support in relation to knee and hip replacements. It is across the road from my Doctor so really handy. On entry the reception is clean and organised, plenty of seating room. You are welcomed by friendly staff who get you organised quick smart. I have been fortunate on several ocassions being slotted in within 15 minutes of arrival without an appointment. The Technicians are awesome, very professional and knowledgeable and with modern technology they assure you that the Dr or specialist will get well developed images to work from. If you have internet access you are given a user ID number and can select you own password so that you can go online, have a look at your images and also the report. I found this great as I could google information I didnt understand so I could make some informed questions to ask my Specialist on the visit. A very professional outfit and I highly recommend their servises
