Go here if you want to be lied to. The lady I spoke to lied through her teeth, and treated me like an idiot. The walking presser foot I bought 2 weeks ago has worn away some of its metal and isn't working properly, my guess is that it isn't really designed to handle what I'm doing with it, when the walking presser foot I bought just over a month ago stopped working they told me I broke it and needed to buy a new one, so I did. They knew exactly what I was using it for, yet they didn't tell me it is not fit for the purpose I was intending to use it. When I took these two walking presser foot in she said that my sewing machine isn't heavy duty and companies can stick a label on anything, and that the machine isn't able to do what I'm doing with it, I'm sewing fleece, I have sewn really thick neoprene on this machine and it is fine. She told me I'm blaming the foot when the problem is that machine can't handle the fleece, she wouldn't listen to the fact that the machine sees through it fine, it is the foot that is broken. She tried telling me that the machine I bought from spotlight is a step down from the exact same machine sold in their store because according to her the company supplies a lesser quality machine to spotlight than to her store even though they have the exact same model number. She told me I needed to buy a 2000 machine for whay I'm doing. There is nothing wrong with my machine, it is 3 weeks old, it is the presser foot that is the problem. I wasn't born yesterday, I have an understanding of sewing machines since I've been sewing for almost 10 years and I'm on my 3rd machine, on of which I actually service myself. When I eventually decide to upgrade I will certainly not be purchasing from here.

This shop is heaven if you like sewing or knitting. Lots of lovely stock. The woman who serves in polite and knows her stuff. There is even a cute dog to welcome customers but only if you're lucky.. he's not always there. I love this shop.
