I can’t believe such brand name shop provided extremely poor service. Me and my girlfriend walked into the store feeling excited to check out couple ring. There’s a chinese lady come to us with an arrogant look when we walked in. I felt insulted immediately. We just left shortly after seeing rings as she was giving us this rude peek the whole time which makes me really really uncomfortable. The experience totally ruined our day and I am traumatised to go to the store to get anything I want now.
