Have been waiting for 3 days to get in to see Kevin. I get a call at 2.15 pm 2 hours notice wanting to change my appointment for another time due because he has another meeting. Obviously he doesn’t care about my bad back and is willing to put someone else in my appointment time when I was booked this last week

I walked in without an appointment and was accepted for a consultation. Very helpful and great service.
I called the Receptionist to ask her about booking in a physio for ongoing appointments and she was extremely rude and basically hung up on me. Poor service from just making a phone call. So disappointed!!!
