PhotoQ are awesome; I could not recommend them more highly! I have used them a number of times over the past few months for both small and large digital photo print orders and I have always been extremely pleased with the quality of their work and service. I had a number of very old photographs scanned for my Mum's surprise 70th birthday and they came up very well given that the quality of the original prints was not brilliant. Their digital prints are also far superior to the likes of other stores - the paper and ink quality is a cut above the rest. Nathan has looked after me every time I have phoned or gone into the shop and he is always so polite and helpful! I will continue to use PhotoQ for all of my photos and frames. I live overseas now and wanted to order a special framed photograph to be sent to a family member in Melbourne. I was able to upload the photo and order the whole thing online on PhotoQ's website, and the selection of frames was simple but had what I was looking for. I followed up my online order with an email to confirm a couple of things, and customer service was excellent - Nathan responded quickly and was pleasant and professional. I paid for shipping, but the delivery location happened to be convenient for them and they went above and beyond by offering to deliver the package in person. They then emailed me a photograph to show it had been delivered. The recipient loved the gift and was impressed with the quality and the care used in packaging. A great experience, and I'd happily order from them again.

I searched far and wide for this gem of a store. The products are of a high quality and the workers are always so informative and helpful. Recently, I made some online purchases for Christmas gifts and intended to pick them up but had an awful and persistent migraine and couldn't. I called to organize and pay for shipping but the worker said he would drop them off to me on his way home from work. I know this wouldn't be a common occurence and wouldn't expect it in the future, but this simple act during such a busy and stressful time made my day and confirmed what I already knew about PhotoQ. Thank you!
I am 73 and was going through my Mums old things( she passed away 3 yrs ago) and found some old 8mm film reels. In reasonable condition I sent them to PhotoQ to be put onto a memory stick which they did. Their customer service was brilliant I could not be any more pleased with the results seeing my grandparents on film from over 60 years ago. Thanks PhotoQ.
Best place to go to for printing digital pictures! The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Always happy with the quality of the prints and they are very quick with orders.
Got some photos printed at PhotoQ and the quality and service was amazing. They were delivered within a couple of days (amazing given current post delays). The print quality is incredible - I won't be going anywhere else from now on.
