A different style of photobook arrived to what i ordered. After spending so much time editing and preparing the photobook, in the end extremely disappointed. All the pictures were blurry don't recommend at all!

Read the fine prints for delivery cost before buying vouchers or items on special. We weren’t able to get a bundle price for delivery which ends up costing as much as supporting local shops to get things printed. We thought we got a good discount on our voucher purchases until we realized on checkout that the delivery cost was more than the products we are purchasing. However, the quality of their products are good i must admit.

I had a large order of photobooks to place for school. I rang Stephanie who was friendly and helpful, with great step by step instructions. Our bulk order arrived fasted than expected, was well packed, beautifully printed with an unbeatable price to boot. I will definitely be back with my next bulk order.

I ordered imagewrap photos books for over 3 years. Few days before I got my newest photos books, the printed photos from cover look like printed from cheap printer and the quality is so bad.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from these people. Our family had ordered some customised calendars from local shops - nice quality and speedy service every single time, no issues at all - but not for this one! The reason why we went for this one was mainly because they are advertising "7-day Guaranteed Shipping" on their website and we also paid for express premium just to make sure the calendar would make it in time. However, 8 business days had passed, my order still hasn't been shipped. They won't notify you about the delay or reply to your enquiry about your order, either. You will have to call them directly to find out what's going on. The worst part is that the lady answering my call promised me that she will reply to my email about the order after the call. After waiting for an entire day patiently, I still received nothing - and same things happened for two days in a row! This business is not responsive nor professional. The whole experience of ordering from this company is just filled with disappointment. There are plenty of other better choices out there - for your peace of mind, don't be bothered with this one, really not worth it!

Absolutely horrible quality and customer service so disappointed, their online chat for assistance is ridiculous they expect you to wait for hours for an online chat response and when they do finally respond they don’t do anything. I ordered 2 books for a gift for the grandparents of my newborn. The cover is all bubbled and creased like the covers a sticker, The photos are pixilated and cropped poorly even though I spend hours making sure the photos were correct I submitted high resolution photos I have had several printed else where and even blow up and they are perfect. The product was also clearly damaged before putting it into the satchel as the satchel is hard cardboard abs had no damage but the product inside is damaged. The product is bin worthy very upsetting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I really wish I'd read the most recent review, Photobook "AUSTRALIA" prints and ships from Malaysia... so much for supporting "local" companies. Absolutely no note of this on their website so a minimum expected turnaround of three weeks. What a joke, will never use again.
