Called ahead to get a quote and arranged an appointment to replace a cracked iPhone 8 screen with original apple parts. Took 30mins, very smooth and easy. Convenient because it was in Westfields. Not the most competitive price but they seem to have done a good job ( 3 month warranty which I hadn’t expected). Happy to recommend!

Absolutely attrocious. Don't use them. I called on a Sunday morning to confirm they could fix a broken lens cover on my phone. They said yes, so I made my way there. When I arrived they told me I'd have to wait two days to order the part. A little annoyed, I agreed anyway, and paid. They then contacted me at lunch time on the Tuesday to tell me their supplier sent the wrong part, and they would express ship it, which would take... Three more days. When the original part took two to arrive. Express? Ok. Sure. I heard nothing from them unless I called to follow up. The part didn't arrive on Friday, which I only found out when I told them I was on my way to the store. 8 days after my original contact, and again only after I asked for an update at 4:00pm today they tell me "Hi sir, we have ordered it from last week Tuesday, and the stuff we r not received yet. So, my boss decided refund to you because it's too long. Sorry for any inconvenience again and again. Sorry." This decision was made by them without talking to me, and now they want me to come BACK to the store for a refund. The service is terrible, the staff all but laughed at me when I visited initially because I asked why nobody on the phone told me they didn't have the part in stock, but I went with them anyway, which I now regret. Don't bother with them. They are a waste of your time and money.
Really impressed with the good service at the Phone Mechanic Parramatta Westfield . I really like the product (phone charger) they sold me & will always return to there if I need anything for my mobile phone.
my iphone 11 pro max didnt turn on at sudden, bought in for check and been told battery was not work properly. Did a battery changed and my phone was alive. Definitely recommend technician name Sam in the shop

Excellent service ! I needed a case for my Samsung a21s. They didn't have the fold case but offered me a back case and told me to use that back case and they will get the fold case in the next 1-2 days. After 2 days they messaged me that the case had arrived. They took that back case and gave me the fold case. It was a very nice service!
I would have given 0 star if Google allows. 1. They did not provide sufficient information to clients before purchase. 2. They never do return or refund. 3. They are selling the price much higher than market. I bought a ipad case for 35 dollars while it is selling 20 bucks in another shop in Westfield and 15 on eBay. 4. The boss is TERRIBLE attitude! I bought a Sun TV set there and when I bought it, the staff told me it was all for free for life time. When I got home and found out there was only 2 yrs free subscription. They refused to refund it even it is still unboxed. What funny is, the boss told me to call the head office in USA and return to them if they allow?! 5. They didnot provide receipt. Never ever gonna buy there again. Pls do not go if you want ANY customer service.
