Wishing to purchase 6000 hearing aid and getting technical information to help my decision on purchase Gaining any help from this company is akin to squeezing blood from a stone. There seems to be a massive smoke and mirror secrecy along with BS from this industry .

I purchased a 3000 Phonak speaker and microphone set for use in a classroom a few years ago. It stopped working about 2 years ago. I have made multiple attempts to contact Phonak support to get it fixed and they NEVER REPLY. Don't bother purchasing anything here if you are expecting after sales service, as they don't have any.
