Phinko are the best - reasonably priced, prompt, good communication, and high quality work! Mark quoted me to upgrade my mac and assumed he'd have to replace the cracked screen. But he did such a careful job he was able to keep the screen and save me hundreds!

An honest, no nonsense shop. I went there to get a Mac charger as the pins of my original charger got messed up. When I called him, he mentioned that he's got them in stock and it costs 35/-. The price was ok for me and I went there to buy it. However, when I showed him my original charger, he said that I don't have to buy the entire unit, and that he's got extensional codes that can be fixed to the original charger at a cost of 15/-. So I fixed my original charger with the extension code I bought from Phinko and still use it. He could have easily sold me the more expensive full unit, but he didn't. Well done Phinko!

Fantastic service and professional workmanship. I left my laptop there for a repair quote after another place was so bad that they even left screws out. Phinko, however, did a thorough job, and even replaced the missing screws that the other place left out. They provided a fast, reliable service and were super helpful afterwards too. Good, reliable, honest, old-fashioned service - the way it's meant to be. I know where I'll be going if I ever need anything for my computer again. Highly recommended.
Got a replacement battery for my Dell laptop from here along with warranty. Mark was really knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. I was specifically asking for a spare as I already knew how to change the component myself. Most places wanted me to still pay the 'service' fee for the labor and refused warranty on parts that are installed by the customer themselves. Definitely recommend this place/Mark.
This place is fantastic, they are welcoming, friendly and experts. I came in to phinko with both of my computers broken, within only 15 minutes one of my computers was fixed and the second only took a further week. I would 100% recommend getting your repairs here especially if you need your mac repaired as any other place I went to tried to put me on a waiting list for weeks where as here it was as quick as possible.
I had an Issue where the wrong part was sent and discovered some time later. i advised them of this fault and they replaced the wrong item with the Correct one. So happy days as the Laptop is now working again. Will use them again.
