Useless. I come in at 9:35 (5mins after the opening time) and I can’t get any service because the dudes computer isn’t even turned on even though the sign at the store says open 9:30. All I got was semi rude remarks almost as if it’s my fault for comin during business hours. (Edit: I got told to come back the next day.. he still doesn’t have the money available) Don’t go here
Highly disappointing. Would be beneficial to be informed that you can't take a countries currency into the country prior to picking up the money. Then to offer 200 less than the exchange place next door to buy it back! Not only that but the manager of the store actually said to split the currency with our travel companion and try to get it into the country!! Extremely unprofessional! Do yourselves a favour and go to travel money oz, they at least helped us out more after hearing about the debacle Travelex left us with.
The website said it was open from 9 on Sundays however the sign at the shop says 10
