Please don't go to them, Please go somewhere where you can get some quality service and treated like human. If you want to seek good medical assistance then don't attended this practice do your self and your loved ones favor by going somewhere else. Worst medical center ever they don't respect their profession Really awfully rude, aggressive, racist, judgmental, unprofessional and disrespectful doctors and front staff.

I have generally had positive experiences with Phillip Medical & Dental Centre. I have built up a good relationship with one of the GP's who has provided me with a level of care comparable if not better than some of the other GP's at smaller practices I have been to. Reception tends to be clinical and efficient rather than warm and fuzzy. The waiting times for walk-ins can be very long but they are a busy practice. The pharmacy is also helpful and very quick to fill scripts compared to other pharmacies in the area.
Appalling experiences over the last two visits. Receptionists that have no idea what they're doing, and no basic knowledge of the various doctors and services they can and cant provide. Requested an appointment for a specific minor surgery for my son. Show up on the day to be told I had been booked with a doctor that couldn't perform such a surgery. Made another appointment with the correct doctor for said surgery on a Saturday. Show up again only to be told he can only perform the surgery on two specific week days which of course we hadnt been made aware of at the time of booking. Incompetent, disinterested staff who provide little to no service. The only positive is the fact that they bulk bill.
Dont get all the bad reviews. It's great there's a walk-in service available in the area, and you can book appointments. I like the way there's the various services all in the one place, which is super convenient. Have never found the staff to be rude. Is it the same level of 'familiarity service' I get with my regular GP? No, but if I want an appointment with my regular GP it can take up to a week. The Phillip Centre has been a great alternative, which I have been increasingly using as my default option simply because its so convenient.
Can confirm doctors have no idea what there doing here or are just worried about money and probably they are under pressure them selfs hence alot of mistakes made here don't do it to your self and come here your really just a number here. Alot of good honest doctors have left this practice. The place should be put under review
If i could give 0 i would but unlucky me have to give 1. Only thinking of how to make money. I went there to vaccine my baby and reception told without booking you will be charged full and then i made booking and when i see doctor he was saying you don't need to make booking for vaccine. Because you booked appointment i have to charge in full.. I am never going back to this clinic again.
The doctors I book with have been great, the only two doctors I go to since moving to Canberra - Ginninderra diagnosed me incorrectly and Dr Johar was fantastic. However there is one receptionist lady who is incredibly rude. EVERY time I go there, without fail, she raises her voice when explaining and asking me questions and rolled her eyes at me - this is bad customer service especially in medical when most people just need to speak with kind people.
Worst service I had ever experience. Waited in queue for 3 hours and while everyone else who came after me got called in.
