Front of house staff were good and doing their best. The management team clearly needs customer service and time management training.

Although they forgot the dipping sauce and drinks when I ordered, the food was good. The chicken wasn't oily, and it wasn't over salted. I will come back if I'm craving KFC when I'm in that area. A neat bonus is there's a lot of parking too.
They make the food extremely fast and the parking and location is extremely convenient. Apart from the learning curve, with the MANY one way arrows, that your car must follow. Repaint those arrows bolder and clearer please. Or rethink the whole layout even. The multiple fast food options in this complex, of multiple restaurants, are generally very good (as fast food goes...) The complex also has a bike shop and a secondhand shop.
I once went to a different KFC and got told that they've run out of lettuce for the burgers. A two minute walk to the local supermarket would've resolved that... but whatever. I'm not the store manager. I assume no one is. That same KFC one night actually ran out of chicken. I mean, it's in your name, maybe never run out? Just a thought. Again, I'm not your boss. Just a hungry customer. So anyway, I guess what I'm saying is that KFC generally seems to accept, or perhaps even endorse, mediocrity. So the fact that it takes a lifetime to make it through the drive thru at KFC Woden shouldn't be a surprise. I would say that you should never hit this drive thru at peak times (Friday nights especially!) without water and a first aid kit. You should also notify relatives of your plan so they don't report you missing. "She went to get dinner and never came back. Oh no, wait, she went to KFC Woden, let's just wait a few more hours, I'm sure she'll be fine. Her phone probably just went flat. I hope she took water."
Very busy place but with very efficient staff. Though I didn't enjoy my meal. I ordered streetwise feast and 3 wicked wings with a bottle 1.25L of Solo Drink. But the chicken was too salty for my liking.
Rude manager. Said (from out the back but loud enough to be heard by customers) that I should wait 5 minutes, in a tone suggesting I hadn't waited at all, after I'd already waited 25. After all that the food was overcooked as I suspect they reheated my, by then cold, food before giving it to me.
i just ordered from menulog (not their fault at all) almost 50 worth of kfc for me and my friends. i normally come by to this kfc cause it’s usually good ( or at least decent ) but this time i’m never coming back. i didn’t get my drink, the chicken was dry as heck and black. the lettuce wasn’t fresh at all either and no sauce on the burger. the chips were over cooked they didn’t even have potato in it, it was just crisps and i asked for a large potato and gravy but gave us three small ones. they didn’t give us the extra chicken tenders that i literally paid extra for which was quite disappointing. yeah wouldn’t recommend this place.
Wouldn't cook fresh chicken and gave us cold chicken but cooked fresh chips, got told it was too hard to cook a couple pieces of chicken. Wont be going back
