Had a fun time at the Chocolate Factory, nice range of activities for the children & adults to win free Chocolate. Follow the path to show you the path of Chocolate. A possible 1 tonne cube of Chocolate has a 10,000 offer to see if it's hollow, if it is, they'll pay you 10,000 with your original 10k if it is. Large range of Chocolate types in the store and a Cafe within the building also. Toilets and disability friendly environment. Large parking area including spaces for disability bays, buses, cars and caravans. Would be gladly to return in future.

Amazing place to visit with family and friends. There are games to play and win chocolate. The whole chocolate making process is fun to watch and anybody who LOVE chocolates, must visit this place. ️

Although we did not have time to do the tour, there was a large variety of chocolates available at the shop to purchase & enjoy. We ordered the Curry Lunch in the Cafe & thoroughly enjoyed it. The flavours were exceptional and the Chicken & Lamb was melt in your mouth, whilst the 15 price proved to be great value for money. The service was excellent and, even though it was extremely busy, the staff were very efficient, customer focused & polite.

Really fabulous experience! A bit of chocolate science, chocolate history, free tastings and ARCADE GAMES! Very interactive and fun for all ages. Was great to see tempering in action. 有中文讲解指示

This was a surprisingly entertaining spot to visit at Philip Island. Had been to the island many times before but hadn’t found the time to visit. It’s fun for kids and adults alike.

A good place to take the kids and spend a couple of hours before the penguins. The staff are friendly and keep handling out samples. The cafe had hot curries that were yummy. The entry and movement in the car park needs to be improved to minimise the grid locking.

This place was WAY better than we expected. To be honest, it looks like an absolute tourist trap on the outside, but it was PERFECT for a tour with a 2 year old and 5 year old. They both had so much fun, and there was something fun and interesting to do in every new room. The shop was a bit hectic and the stock was not amazing, but this was mid-pandemic so not surprising at all. Thanks for a fun time!

Have been to many chocolate factories, and this would have to be the worst yet. Decided to have to have lunch there, bad move. Nothing but deep fried frozen food with side of lettuce leaf and slab of tomato. Gift shop was almost empty and had no stock. Save you money and enjoy some of the other local attractions instead.
