Amazing staff (especially James!) bending backwards to assist as much as they humanly can. Great prices, super fast shipping. I highly recommend them as the first port of call even if you are interstate. It's not just Better Music but better customer support, better prices, better everything you need!

This is the best music store I've been into for a number of years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A large selection of musical instruments across two floors of store. The prices, at least on the guitars and electric pianos that we looked at were very competitive. Will definitely be back next time we have any musical instrument requirements.

Been a customer here for years. I've had great service however a good portion of my visits I get someone who I feel just judges my abilities and/or knowledge (as if i'm not a pro like them). I've personally found they often don't care in or just don't engage with me. It's really off putting and just turns me out the door. Again, there are some great people there but some you may as well replace with a cardboard cut out.

Great shopping experience with Better music! Decided to bite the bullet and order a digital portable piano from Better Music, as most music stores in Brisbane do not have the specific model in stock. Better music not only has the best price (nearly 100 cheaper than normal retail price), but their delivery was quick and the piano was packaged nicely with a thank you note inside.
