We didn’t think it would be possible to leave with the car we wanted considering the global delays at the moment with covid, but luckily we stumbled upon Matt when we were browsing in the Audi car yard one day. Matt helped us find our absolute dream car, was there throughout the whole process and in a few short days our brand new Audi was in our hands. Matt, thank you so much for your sincerity, helpfulness and for laughing at my terrible jokes. We really appreciate you taking the time to step us through the process! No slimy salesmen techniques to be seen here and we really loved that. Audi is very lucky to have you. Thanks again, we’ll be back to see you for an E-Tron one day :) -D&B

I have attended a couple of times in Audi Centre Canberra after movinge here. Very good service indeed. There is also a bus service to transfer customer to where they need to be. Service is quick and easy. The only downside is the time needed ahead to book into a service - otherwise all very good so far.
Very happy with the professional service we received especially from Renee and the service department, repairs have been carried out to the highest standard.
It is sad to see what was once a vibrant team wining Audi Dealer of the year consecutive years in a row to a stale shell of what it is now. I've been an Audi Centre Canberra Customer since 2007, buying several cars from them and recommending them to numerous friends and associates totaling over 20 new car sales over the years. I recently visited to look at buying another new Audi. The sales person was disinterested, never returned follow-up phone calls after discussing pricing/car availability etc. The service department has become virtually incompetent, unable to diagnose faults requiring many repeat visits, rude, and lacking basic customer service skills. After being a huge advocate of Audi and Audi Centre Canberra for all these years, I can no longer recommend this dealership for either sales or servicing. Audi you have lost a loyal customer and many others due to the downward spiral this dealership is currently in. I ended up buying a BMW at the dealership down the road, the contrast in customer service was chalk and cheese, both within the sales and service departments.
I almost bought an A4 from an interstate Audi dealer, then thought of going to the local Audi centre for a test drive. Canberra Audi Centre was amazing. Though I told them that I am not there to buy, they still treated me like a buyer. Had a test drive with Gavin. I left, still determined to buy the A4 from another dealer. Then when I got my final offer from the other Audi Centre, I decided to go to Canberra Audi to check if they can beat the offer. I was lucky to have Anuar as my sales rep. Anuar is the best at what he does. He looks after his clients. He did an amazing job within less than half an hour, took me for another test drive, accepted my price offer and other requests. It was so smooth, I didn't feel like I was making one of the biggest financial commitments... I deposited some booking money and within the next few days, he got the car registered in my name, had it cleaned throughly and got it ready for my pick up. On the day of pick up, it was another fantastic experience, after an hour long demo of the car's features and final handover, I was on the road in my brand new Audi A4. I got the car on a 3 years novated lease and already made up my mind to get my next Audi after this lease from Audi Centre Canberra too. Thanks team, for a 5 star experience...

Fantastic purchasing experience with Jarod Gilmartin and the Awesome Team at Audi Centre Canberra. Went in last Saturday knowing I wanted something but not what specifically, having been to all the other premium brands on the way. He stepped me through the options, was clear on availability with COVID impact, and provided detailed information on all the technical capabilities of the cars. It was painless and enjoyable, no pressure. We bought on the spot, picked our car up yesterday. Absolutely Loving it.
