Great group of people that always go above and beyond to deliver. If they don't have the answer they will figure it out and provide a solution. They helped choose the right printer solution for our business and even shipped it to Brisbane. Highly recommend!

I always try to buy local & support local employment so I bought my mother a printer from Hughes's. I was assured that they would always provide after-sales service in the home, no matter what the problem might be with the printer. So, instead of buying a cheaper brand & model from one of the big chains, I trusted them. A couple of years on, & the printer is causing problems so I actually visited the tin shed that Phil Hughes has moved to, to ask that a technician visit the house. After having to stand in the cold in front of a roped-off warehouse until I was noticed, I was told that I would be phoned by Cameron the next day to arrange a time. I expected to make a time then & there but accepted that. The next day, no call, nothing. I rang again & was told that Cameron was busy (who isn't?) & the receptionist (Cheryl) would email him to phone me. Nothing so I rang again & complained about the slack, lazy, inexcusable 'service'. I said that if I wasn't rung after the weekend 'that's it'. You guessed it...no response. SO, here's my review & basically my advice to customers is to ignore the insincere drivel on Phil Hughes's website & phone wait recording. They DON'T care about locals, they DON'T want your business, they DON'T provide after-sales service & they DON'T want or need your money. I wouldn't buy a rubber band from them ever again. Stick to Harvey Norman & Office works!.
