Two of the team deserve particular mention - Avi Dotto, the sales consultant, for his knowledgeable and friendly advice when choosing the car, and Sara Zafar who made sorting out the finance a breeze. What I particularly appreciated (unlike past purchasing experiences) was that there was no hard sell from either of them - they presented their best deals and finance options and allowed me time to consider them.
