Can’t fault the register staff they are very genuine. I try to support local business where possible but this pharmacy is run very bare bones and is often out of stock of common medications and after restocking runs out again in a couple of days. The shelves are quite literally bare and you’d probably save yourself a lot of time and effort to go to a different pharmacy that’s more likely to be well stocked.
I ordered goods on the 16th September. I have emailed them twice and they cant even bother replying. I am disgusted with this service and will not purchase anything from them again. Interesting they have got my money though. Only got one star because I couldnt post without giving them something.
Competitive pricing. Only suggestion is to send your customers an email if a product is not in stock and is likely to delay delivery. Maybe give your customers the choice to cancel item or wait for restock. But otherwise, when I contacted them for urgency, my items arrived via courier still honouring the free delivery. Thank you
