Contrary to Matthew's observations my experiences have always been very positive. Sevice was quick, accurate and friendly. I haven't had a situation where I have been asked to come back tomorrow for anything. My wife and I have been using this service since the store opened 15 years ago.

I’d give zero stars if I could charged me an took item of my scripts that they didn’t have than said ohh come back tomorrow I live out of the area, basic communication skills would of stopped this instead of just assuming I lived local.. will never use a focus pharmacy again

My super powers seem to show themselves every time I visit this pharmacy. I just seem to turn invisible when going to the pharmacy counter and await service. I may be first or second in line, yet none of the pharmacy staff have any idea about who was next in line and just make eye contact with random people. The frustrating thing about this is I would actually ask people who I knew were waiting before me if they are already being served. I cant stop the general rudeness of people not bothering to check if others they know were before them to see if they were just waiting for their prescription (Mount Annan used to be more friendly a few year back, now no one seems to give a damn.) So perhaps the Manager could simply create a small queuing rope section so people wait in line. Also a sign on the other end to say wait here for prescriptions would make it clear to people where they are supposed to wait.

Be wary of what you get told here I was told a few weeks ago that this pharmacy will provide you with a medical certificate for a small fee. I went there today to purchase one and was told " we don't know you we can't help you " Amazing how things change isn't it?
