The worst chemist I have ever experienced. The racist female pharmacist in charge is absolutely rude with no manners. Do not go there.

I had a very bad experience from the depo. I asked the store assistant for a steam vaporiser particularly vicks brand. but she suggested me another one named able asthma vaporiser and i boght that product for 60. I tried the product at night and found it as a humidifier and brought the product back to the shop and they said they can't take it back as it is used and he was saying its my duty to check the item before i leave the shop. I was particularly asked for a steam vaporiser and and they provided me with the wrong product. they never acknowledge their fault instead he blamed me for not checking the thing. he was very rude to me and told me that its better to contact the product customer care to get it exchanged as the shop could only get a margin of 2-3 from this product. When I rang able asthma , they said they can't do anything as it is not a direct purchase from them and the manager told me to give it back to the shop once again . I tried one more time.but the manager was not willing to take it back moreover he was challenging me that he won't be scared if the matter is taken to fair trade . Its been a year now.Still am not using this product.
Im am disgusted with the service at the mount druitt Westfield store. I went in looking for something and when i read consult doctor if breastfeeding i placed item back on shelf and left the store. Less than 2 minutes later i had a staff member follow me through the shopping centre yelling out excuse me. When i stopped and turned around she then asked me if i had stolen the item. I have never been so embarrassed and angry i led her back to the store when i show her where i had placed the item where she said thanks have a nice day and walked off, no apology or nothing, I will never step foot back into a blooms chemist again and if u have a theft problems install better security measures instead of accusing people of theft. Im very disgusted and embarrassed about the whole situation :(
