Always a pleasure to visit the pet shop boyz The staff are super helpful and know pet nutrition exceedingly well. We have changed our puppy and ferret to a completely raw diet thanks to the pet shop boyz. Our animals coats are softer and shinier, their behaviour has dramatically improved and they seem happier. The somerford raw food is worth having a look at for any pet owner and you won't be dissapointed with the service at the pet shop boyz.
Best range of raw ingredients in Newcastle! Staff are friendly and knowledgable and prices are reasonable. This is almost a one stop shop for us for prepping now

Stopped by at closing time after picking up our cat from the vet to get a travel carrier. Could ask for a better experience, the staff where friendly and knowledgeable. The carrier was of top quality already assembled and for a great price. Will be returning soon.
